Volvo Group Digital & IT is seeking a Professional Application Support IT professional to support users and contribute to improvements in solution design and delivery. The role involves working with software, solution engineers, and the Product Team to resolve issues and share knowledge. The position is part of the Digital Delivery function and offers collaboration within Volvo Group's various teams. It focuses on Intelligent Parts Price Management (IPPM), supporting Volvo Group's Price Managers globally.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of ITIL
- Proficiency in Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management, preferably using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with ADO (nice to have)
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Client success-oriented mindset
- Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
