We are seeking a Professional Application Support IT to join our product team, supporting users and contributing to planned improvements for our solution. The role involves providing daily support, investigating complex issues, and sharing knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of ITIL
- Proficiency in Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management, preferably using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with ADO (nice to have)
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Strong documentation skills, both reading and writing
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Client success-oriented mindset
