  • 10+ years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government
  • Six+ years managing and leading Enterprise Service Desk teams using ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • PMP certification
  • Managed a team of over 50+ IT professionals
  • Good interpersonal, Problem-solving, and Time management skills
  • Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes
