Key responsibilities include program oversight, stakeholder coordination, project plan development, performance monitoring, risk management, transition support, Agile compliance, team supervision, deliverable oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and SaaS tools
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong strategic communication for stakeholder alignment
- Ability to create professional briefings and documentation
- PMP, CISSP or CISM certification
