This role involves serving as a primary liaison between government leadership and contractor teams. Responsibilities include managing TSD operations, staffing, quality assurance, and performance management. The position focuses on monitoring and managing TSD workflows, coordinating transitions, and providing performance reports to government leadership. It requires a strong understanding of ITIL, compliance, and experience with large-scale operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a 24 hour a day, 7 day per week Information Technology (IT) service desk of at least 50 staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with ITIL and HDI service desk standards and best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with government contracting and compliance (FAR/DFARS, EEO/OFCCP) and CBP Background Investigation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Background Investigation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities

Requirements Summary
