Stripe is seeking a People Service Strategy & Governance PM to drive the strategic transformation of their Global People Operations team. The role involves building a proactive, data-driven, and efficiently running operation, focusing on service delivery, governance, and operational efficiency. The individual contributor will be responsible for defining operational processes, selecting the right technologies, and ensuring service clarity, operational resiliency, and scalable employee support across Stripe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, Service Management, or Process Transformation
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a central work intake and prioritization model
  • Proven track record of defining, owning, and optimizing service delivery metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and governing operational mechanics (intake, prioritization, quality, cadence)
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and Service Management/Ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Exceptional skills in prioritization, influence, and communication
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and transition between different work streams
  • Certification in ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in related field + 8+ years HR Ops experience. Building and maintaining service intake/prioritization models & optimizing KPIs/SLAs is a must
