Requirements
- Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate IT and project coordination.
- 2+ years of Call center support experience in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure tech: cabling, wireless, A/V, end-user devices, PC imaging.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Background in vendor management and remote troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
