Sev1Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator or Technical Business Analyst to support technology initiatives, focusing on establishing enterprise IT capabilities. This role involves capturing requirements, creating documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical deliverables align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, creating system diagrams, and understanding Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Develop and update architecture diagrams, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Utilize ServiceNow for workflow tracking, incident/request documentation, and change management processes.
