The ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the ServiceNow ITSM platform. This role involves managing incidents, problems, changes, and requests, as well as providing support for CMDB and asset management. The position also requires a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified developer ITSM
- 4-8 years of experience ServiceNow development & support
- Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
- Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management
- Knowledge of Performance analytics dashboard and reporting
- Good Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Requirements Summary
CSA certification, ServiceNow certifications (Admin/Developer), and 4-8 yrs ServiceNow experience. Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes are also required
