The Project Management team is responsible for project delivery and customer success for e-commerce systems integration. The Role-Managed Delivery team focuses on agile projects, client expectations, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The PM role involves leading projects, facilitating communication, and managing the relationship with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (preferable)
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects
- Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce or other e-commerce solutions
- 2+ years' experience as a Consulting / Professional Services company
- Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with multinational teams from USA, Eastern Europe, India
- Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices
- Solid technical background with understanding of software development
- Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in the technology space
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
