We are looking for a Project Manager - L1 with 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including 4+ years in ServiceNow Testing. The role requires excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with clients, conduct regular customer connects, and plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
