Project Manager

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage IT projects in a hybrid environment, adhering to the PMBOK framework. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.

Requirements

• High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects in an Agile Scrum environment
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow SPM/PPM
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
