Project Manager

ActioNet is seeking a Project Manager with Public Trust clearance in the Washington D.C. metro area. The successful candidate will lead a team, develop and execute process improvements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Hybrid work is available.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Program/Project Manager for the Federal Government
• 5+ years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies
• PMP certification
• Managed a team of over 30+ IT professionals
• Good interpersonal, Problem-solving, and Time management skills
• Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes
• Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
