Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting and project management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT (information and communication technologies; Information Security; GDPR)
- Experience with Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITSM ticket management tools (EasyVista, ServiceNow, etc.)
- ISO 27001 standard
- Mandatory Certifications: Certificate based on the ISO 20000 standard, PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
