Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations. The role involves managing IT projects throughout the complete lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality.

Requirements

• Manage IT projects throughout the complete lifecycle
• Establish and manage project controls and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and alignment with business goals
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and variances
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Plan, assign, and control project tasks; authorize work packages
• Balance team priorities, motivate team members, and manage workload effectively
• Control and coordinate project communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce project documentation, including plans, logs, schedules, and reports
• Define roles and responsibilities for all project participants
• Prepare and present technical and project-related verbal and written reports
• Organize and conduct project meetings and workshops
