NEORIS, now part of EPAM, is seeking a Project Manager Cloud to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing cloud migration projects (AWS and Azure), managing cloud governance, and fostering stakeholder relationships. NEORIS provides Digital accelerator services to help companies innovate and create solutions for their clients.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate and execute cloud migration projects (AWS and Azure) under agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Supervise the construction of cloud-native services and solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and good architectural practices.
• Implement and maintain cloud governance models: security policies, compliance, risk management and audits.
• Establish and monitor FinOps strategies: consumption control, cost optimization, back-end/chargeback models and financial reports.
• Manage stakeholder relationships (business, technology, and finance), ensuring strategic alignment.
• Prepare executive and financial reports for management and government cloud boards.
