Project Manager

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide project management services to the client in support of project initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closing activities for multiple projects. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish objectives, roadmaps, roles/responsibilities, and visual task backlogs. The Project Manager will also be responsible for tasks including but not limited to: work collaboratively with the Project Sponsor and stakeholders, review business needs, assess impact to operations, recommend policy changes to executives, and implement changes necessary to ensure regulatory compliance and enforcement.

Requirements

• Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of increasingly responsible project management experience managing large scale enterprise information technology (IT) projects.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience working on projects involving organizational change management and business process improvement/re-engineering initiatives.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience managing large-scale projects using a variety of project management methodologies (traditional/agile).
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience facilitating the elicitation of requirements/use cases/user stories with a range of stakeholders and successfully managing throughout the requirements lifecycle.
• Within the last ten (10) years, should have two (2) years of experience working in a Higher Education environment, such as University or College.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have two (2) years project management experience related to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms in a Higher Education environment, such as University or College.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have two (2) years of experience with MS Project or ServiceNow for the purposes of Project Management.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have experience organizing and managing agile/scrum projects leveraging tools like MS Teams Planner or ServiceNow Visual Task Boards.
• Must possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
