The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering projects that enhance and sustain the Workday ERP platform across the MUSC enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least two (2) years of project management experience in supporting, leading, or coordinating project activities
  • Workday project management and business analysis experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with diagramming and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)
  • Experience using project management tools and techniques such as project planning, risk/issue management, governance, and change control
  • Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of the lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting preferred
  • Critical thinking and time management skills with a focus on execution and outcomes
