We are looking for a  Project Manager with strong ITSM background and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create detailed project schedules to depict the project activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Establish the target business outcomes in partnership with Sr. Leaders and stakeholders and vendor(s).
• Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
• Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and necessary routines).
• Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Manage the technical delivery of vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, departments, and development teams.
• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
• Ensure that execution is aligned with target business

Requirements

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Good knowledge of product roadmap awareness
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
• Knowledge of SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences)
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• ITIL Certifications is a plus
• Experience in ITSM Projects and Transformations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
