Requirements
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries coming from managers and employees via calls, chats and cases (ServiceNow) to provide end-to-end navigation support
- Provide HR administrative services, including preparation of HR documents subject to all legal rules and collective agreements in Belgium
- Support payroll inputs and approvals to ensure timely and correct pay processing
- Identify and suggest process improvements and maintain knowledge articles and documentation
- Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting data privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
- Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and high customer satisfaction
