• Collaborating with NTT DATA regions to conduct risk and quality assessments
• Providing feedback on Deal Governance to ensure high quality
• Developing and executing Back to Green action plans
• Managing customer escalations and de-escalation
• Defining and executing quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow services
• Proficiency in IT standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR)
