Quality Assurance Expert with Focus on ServiceNow (m/w/x)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Expert with a focus on ServiceNow to test various modules and functions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that the software meets requirements, works correctly, and meets user needs. The role involves documenting tests and test processes, using automated tests, and performing user acceptance tests (UAT).

Requirements

• Completed technical education with a focus on IT (HTL, FH, TU) or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience with test tools and frameworks
• Very good technical knowledge and knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g. Java, TypeScript)
• Profound experience with agile development methods
