This Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist role supports the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC) at the Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Directorate (EIOD), and Network Operations Division (NOD). The role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of operational changes, releases, and service implementations, and involves testing, deployment, and adherence to organizational policies. The specialist will collaborate with build, test, and release teams to support audits and provide progress reports.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of all operational changes.
  • Manages all aspects of the end-to-end release process.
  • Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams.
  • Provides support to the configuration change Operational and approval process.
  • Supports the quality assurance process audits.
  • Provides management reports on release progress.
  • Provide management reports and progress dashboards.
  • Responsible for service roll out planning including method of deployment and plans communication implementation.

Requirements Summary
