The Quality Coach will perform consistent monitoring on Service Desk agent interactions, coach agents, and provide input for Knowledge Article updates. They will also prepare reports and quality indicators, and implement continuous improvement action plans to enhance End User Experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of IT Service Desk Level 1 experience
  • Bachelors' Degree in any field is desired
  • ITIL foundation certified
