The Quality Coach will perform monitoring on Service Desk agent interactions, coach agents, and provide input for Knowledge Article updates. They will also prepare reports and quality indicators, and collaborate with various teams to drive results.

  • Active participation in quality initiatives and Team objectives

  • Demonstrate awareness of industry best practices in Quality Assurance
