DXC Technology India is seeking a talented professional to work as a Quintiq admin. The ideal candidate will have good exposure to IT Service Management process, flexible to work in different shifts, and strong knowledge in SDLC process.
Requirements
- Good exposure to IT Service Management process
- Flexible to work in different shifts or 24*7 support
- SDLC process knowledge
- Agile or Waterfall methodology knowledge
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Quintiq system administration experience (2-4 years)
- Client Support Experience (min 2-5 yrs)
- PowerShell script experience (1-3 years)
- SAML Authentication, Azure, IBM Messaging Queue knowledge
- MSSQL server database knowledge
- Delmia Quintiq Software Expert Level - 1 or 2
- Model installation and configurations expertise
- Interface configurations and connect with interface teams
- XML and XSD schema mapping experience
- XML validation knowledge
- PowerShell knowledge to develop system automations
- Networking, routing, and MSSQL Server database knowledge
- ServiceNow knowledge
