Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance

Twilio is seeking a Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance to lead security and compliance efforts across their global HR technology stack. This role will manage workday integrations, execute risk assessments, and guide platform teams in secure delivery and governance, alongside the full suite of solutions and experiences including Cornerstone, Greenhouse, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have deep security expertise with an Agile mindset.

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience
• Cross platform experience w/Integration and Data Governance Expertise (Cornerstone, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Agile delivery alignment experience
