Albemarle is seeking a Regional IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in Budapest, managing the daily coordination and implementation of IT tasks for the broader EMEA region. This role focuses on providing technical and customer service, utilizing ServiceNow for incident management and supporting systems like Microsoft, SharePoint, and Azure. The role is hybrid, requiring both office presence and a focus on remote work.

Requirements

  • Assist broader EMEA IT team in providing user support.
  • Manage first call resolution and escalate to next contact point.
  • Troubleshoot system and application problems.
  • Interact with multiple departments.
  • Support security infrastructure and patching.
  • Print and MFD support.
  • Provide support for video conferencing and collaboration tools.
  • Be aware of leading IT practices.
  • Proficient in Windows server and workstation environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (preferably Spanish or German).

Requirements Summary
