This position is for a Regional Partner Manager for the Capgemini region in the Americas. The role is responsible for leading a GSI alliance, achieving revenue, ensuring field sales alignment, and managing the partnership's overall health. It requires strategic planning, strong partner relationships, and operational execution to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive joint GTM strategy for the assigned partner(s).
  • Drive pipeline generation and increase the number of co-sold opportunities.
  • Establish and manage formal operating cadences with partner sales leaders.
  • Act as a PIM, coordinating resources for regional needs.
  • Drive sales process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Grow partnerships through executive sponsorships.

Requirements Summary

10+ yrs Partner/Sales/Business Dev experience. Experience with GSI management & partnerships in Americas. Executive presence, sales acumen, and travel required
