This position is for a Regional Partner Manager for the Capgemini region in the Americas. The role is responsible for leading a GSI alliance, achieving revenue, ensuring field sales alignment, and managing the partnership's overall health. Requirements
- Develop and execute the comprehensive joint GTM strategy for the assigned partner(s).
- Drive pipeline generation and increase the number of co-sold opportunities.
- Establish and manage formal operating cadences with partner sales leaders.
- Act as a PIM, coordinating resources for regional needs.
- Drive sales process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Grow partnerships through executive sponsorships.
