Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws
- Minimum of (1) year of experience in service intake and dispatch
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Ability to manipulate electronic tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or SAP ByDesign (preferred)
