As a Release Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of technology releases, ensuring the coordinated integration of applications and systems within various portfolio streams. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with various teams to build release schedules and project plans, and lead the quality check on change releases to ensure processes are following enterprise standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Change environment
- Technical background with a mindset for change and process, SRE background a plus
- Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proficient with Teams, Confluence, and Jira
- Ability to build and maintain process mapping
- Ability to manage process work efforts from gathering requirements to standing up solutions to support an IT Operations organization
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow including report and dashboard generation
- Proficient with ITIL principles
- Highly organized, detail oriented, results focused
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills
- Project management, leadership skills a plus
- Software development skills a plus
- Risk background a plus
