We are seeking a Release Manager to manage multiple aspects of technology releases, ensuring the coordinated integration of applications and systems within various portfolio streams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a Technology Change environment, with a technical background and a mindset for change and process.

Requirements

  • 10+ year of experience in Technology Change environment
  • Technical background with a mindset for change and process, SRE background a plus
  • Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Proficient with Teams, Confluence, and Jira
  • Ability to build and maintain process mapping
  • Ability to manage process work efforts from gathering requirements to standing up solutions to support an IT Operations organization
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow including report and dashboard generation
  • Proficient with ITIL principles
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, results focused
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills
  • Project management, leadership skills a plus
  • Software development skills a plus
  • Risk background a plus
