Remote Global IT Resource Manager

Data Analysis Inc (DAI) is seeking a Remote Global IT Resource Manager to oversee the technical resource planning and allocation across the enterprise's global IT organization. This role ensures resources in the U.S., India, and China are deployed effectively, aligning with project demands, business priorities, and compliance obligations. The Resource Manager will coordinate resource assignments across time zones to support 24/7 IT operations and serve as a central point for allocation decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 7+ years in IT resource/project management or technology operations
• Experience leading global teams across U.S., India, and China
• Strong knowledge of IT domains and regulatory compliance standards
• Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project
