Requirements
- A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of at least one area of specialization; resolving a wide range of issues
- 2-3 years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development experience
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent, required
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and all functional team members
- ITSM module/processes SME
- CMDB / Core platform SME
- GRC/IRM SME
- Event Mgmt SME
- SSO / Access Mgmt (PING or Azure is preferred)
