We have an opportunity for a Request Fulfilment Senior Analyst to join the Technology team. The role involves playing a leading role in the team, participating in projects and continuous improvement workstreams, and ensuring the delivery of IT Service Requests. The successful candidate will be based at the Severn Trent Centre Head Office in Coventry and will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

- Experience gained in end user contact and support
- Proven customer service, problem solving and incident resolution skills
- Adept in IT and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
