ServiceNow is seeking a Research Program Manager to join their UX Research & Insights organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable program manager who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. The role will involve driving cross-functional initiatives, streamlining processes, and empowering research teams to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 2+ years of experience contributing to cross-functional projects or programs, preferably in research, design, or product environments.
  • Experience supporting team enablement efforts such as onboarding, process improvement, or planning.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and solve problems, manage timelines, and drive results across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Base pay of $111,200 - $172,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
