McKesson is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative ITSM Change and Release Management Lead to join their IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will lead change initiatives that move beyond traditional ITIL frameworks to embrace intelligent automation, predictive insights, and data-driven improvements in managing IT changes.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize change management processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management and DevOps Change Automation
• Experience implementing or overseeing CI/CD change automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Proven track record establishing and maintaining change governance frameworks or audit compliance
