Requirements
- Operational management and team management
- Mastery of an ITSM tool (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge)
- Reporting and KPI analysis skills
- Office and workstation skills (Windows, M365, Citrix, AD)
- Service awareness, leadership, analytical spirit, rigour, and reactivity
- Ability to drive change and federate mixed teams
- Conversational level of English
- Bac +3 to Bac +5 in computer science, IT management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support, including 2 years in management or provider management
- ITIL / Lean / continuous improvement knowledge desired
