This position supports production incidents, coordinating IS&T troubleshooting and business recovery. Analysts will proactively identify issues, drive improvements through data analysis, and deliver operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaborative communication abilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create innovative solutions.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from SAP systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application.
- Understanding of ITIL or similar models of IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Hands-on experience with telephony, network, contact center, or e-commerce solutions.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
Requirements Summary
3+ years of production support experience. Analytical skills & problem-solving abilities. SAP experience preferred. ServiceNow proficiency a plus
