Robotics Automation Engeenier

CAPCO Poland is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Robotics Automation Engineer to modernize and maintain their global automation ecosystem. This role involves hands-on development, operational ownership, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will work with technologies like C#, Blue Prism, and Power Automate to accelerate delivery and enhance reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RPA
• Strong C# scripting and automation logic design skills
• Familiarity with Power Automate
• Experience with SharePoint, legacy systems, and API integrations
• Hands-on DevOps experience in RPA
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Comfortable working in global teams
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
