Run Platform Engineering Manager (F/H)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management or technical lead Run/Production/Exploitation
• Solid technical knowledge: systems, open source, virtualization, storage, network, containers, micro-services, release management...
• Mastering DevOps/SRE, ITIL processes, tools (GitLab, ServiceNow, Jira...)
• Cybersecurity and compliance sensitivity (e.g. ISO 27001)
• Inspiring leadership, taste for the ground, and sense of collectivity
• Adaptability to unexpected Run events and ability to make quick decisions
• Creativity, boldness, and courage in challenging established practices
• Resilience and engagement during crisis periods (major incidents)
• Analytical spirit, sense of priorities, and results-oriented approach
