AVER is seeking a SAFe Senior Scrum Master to engage stakeholders, improve performance goals, and drive Agile execution at both team and program levels. This role will support business process improvement, gap analysis, and collaborative delivery, aligning with Agile Release Train (ART) practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
Requirements

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field required. 6+ years of SAFe experience. Strong documentation skills & experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) are key. Experience with Agile software development teams and technical stakeholders are also required
