The role involves maintaining fleet devices, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate asset control. This is an on-site position within a leading provider of managed print services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in printer repair
• Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
• High attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to attain government security clearance (top secret)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
