HP Technician role responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HP and Canon devices. Primarily works with HP devices and supports customer service. Must have experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HP and Canon devices, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HP and Canon devices
- Certified in HP A3 and Canon (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems, ServiceNow and EA preferred
