This role is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Data Management Specialist to support the management and resolution of commercial data inquiries across Sales Ops, DTE, and field teams. The position will focus on streamlining data workflows, improving response processes, and driving operational excellence in pharmaceutical data management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management
- Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (Xponent, DDD)
- Proficient in Salesforce, Veeva, and CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong working knowledge of Snowflake and/or SQL
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
