The Sales Director - Customer Workflows (Retail) will build a team of direct Sales Executives, drive sales strategy, and manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business. The role requires experience selling into or managing a team selling into the Retail vertical and experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.

- Extensive track record of new business sales success
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical and financial planning skills
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven partner relationships and networks
