ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support forecasting, advise the sales force, and analyze customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system
- Strong listening, analytic, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
