This individual contributor role focuses on driving operational readiness, leading sales GTM programs, and ensuring successful launches. The role involves analyzing operational impacts, collaborating with teams, and understanding transformation impact on sales territories and quotas.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Proven program management expertise
