This role focuses on driving operational readiness for hyperscaler geographic and GTM expansion programs, ensuring successful launches with no disruption to sales cycles. The role involves leading operational planning, assessment of risks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and educating business operations managers on transformation impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
