Salesforce CPQ Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Team Lead to architect, build, and deliver transformative Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals. Key responsibilities include collaboration with business stakeholders, team leadership, technical governance, architecture and solution design, deployment and delivery, and continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years as a Salesforce Developer
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level lead-to-Order
• Expertise with Service Contracts, Docusign, Conga, and Quip
• Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred
• Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies (Gearset & Bitbucket experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Aura Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Salesforce CLI
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and performance optimization
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, AppExchange, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of data integration tools and methodologies, integrating Salesforce with systems like ETL, NetSuite, Kantata, and Marketing Automation platforms
• Solid grasp of Agile and Kanban methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills — fostering collaboration and accountability across teams
