This role is for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant focused on leading the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro. The consultant will configure ServiceNow Discovery, integrate with various infrastructure components, and establish integrations with major publishers. They will also manage cloud costs, perform administrative tasks, and apply CMDB/CSCDM principles.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers.
- Set up integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP.
- Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers.
- Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks.
- Apply CMDB and CSDM knowledge.
Requirements Summary
